Great tool to quickly share files between hosts. It works.
Aspects:
Can share files between Windows and any other OS, which understands ftp “all of the hosts does support ftp”. Don’t have to open a shared folder for transfer. Transfer files in binary mode, if you are not sure what you are upto. If you have multiple nic cards, use –ha switch.

Can’t get more simpler then this.
ftpdmin.exe –ha ip_address_of_your_nic_on_which_you_intend_to_listen_for_ftp_request directory_path_to_share
